1. How do I make a booking?
- If you like what you see of our prices, our services and our reputation (and you should!!), the first thing to do is to contact us by one of the many means available to you - phone, email, msn, skype, webform and sometimes psychic link... just think really hard about baitba.com) - and find out about availability for the type of accomodation you are looking for. You can make a provisional booking with one of our friendly, bilingual members of staff who will take some details from you. You then need to make a desposit to confirm your booking. Usually this is by secure Paypal payments (see the links above) but you can also pay using Western Union, bank transfer, or payment in person. Without the deposit, the reservation is not guaranteed. All forms of deposit carry a small extra charge which relate to the costs of using that service
2. Do I need a Paypal Account?
- A Paypal account will be created for you as part of the process. You don't need to have an existing account.
3. Why Paypal?
- We have chosen Paypal as it has a good reputation for being fast, secure and reliable. By using Paypal, BAIT Hostel is able to keep our prices low.
4. Is it secure?
- Yes, PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive your sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
5. What happens if I cancel my booking?
- Bookings that are cancelled with 7 days notice (by phone or email) will be refunded 100%.
6. I don't have a credit card or Paypal account, how can I reserve a room.
- We also accept Western Union money transfers or deposits paid in person, contact us for the details.
